Organizational Structure

Patricio Systems LLC Articles of Organization were filed on April 4, 2011. John Patricio, a Service Connected Disabled American Veteran, is the majority shareholder and president of the company. Today, Patricio is responsible for the strategic direction as well as day-to-day operation of the company.

Leadership Team

John Patricio – Owner & President
John Patricio founded Patricio Systems in 2011 after decades of experience in the military, private, and public sectors.

John served in the United States Marine Corps where he was deployed in Desert Storm in 1991. He sustained a service-connected disability and received an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps. He spent the next part of his career building his skillset in the private and public sector in positions relating to software development, project management, and senior leadership. After founding Patricio Systems, he was able to successfully grow the business to earning $5 million per year in gross revenue.

John has extensive knowledge and expertise in information technology and business administration. He received his Project Management Professional certification in 2005 and graduated with honors from his MBA program in 2006.

John is married with one child. He enjoys watching the San Francisco 49ers and Sacramento Kings. Some of his other hobbies include adaptive skiing, air pistol competitive shooting, and helping other disabled veterans.

Jay Guevarra – Partner
Jay Guevarra joined Patricio Systems as Partner in August 2022 where he is responsible for the operational and delivery needs of our clients.

Jay has over 25 years of experience in the IT sector where he has performed in various technical, operational, leadership, and business development roles for commercial and local government clients. Jay is also a retired military veteran who served 30 years in the United States Army Reserves with 3 deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom as a logistics officer.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California, Davis and has a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.

Jay is married with two adult children and resides in El Dorado Hills, California.

Jake Patricio – Partner
Jake Patricio joined Patricio Systems full time in May 2023 as Partner where he is responsible for business development, client relationships, and vendor relationships.

Jake joined the Fortune 500 global logistics company, Expeditors International, as an IT Help Desk Analyst in 2015. Two years later, he was promoted to Regional IT Manager, providing operational leadership and project management for offices across the United States. After joining Patricio Systems, he quickly integrated with the business development team. He continues to leverage his vendor and client relationship skills to find new opportunities within the local, state, and federal government marketspace.

Jake brings a wide breadth of experience to Patricio Systems including systems administration, team leadership, and project management.

Jake is engaged to his wonderful fiancée. He enjoys all things technology, cooking, football, rugby, and baseball.
